Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 June 2026

These terms cover how you may use the Cadive website. They are written to be clear and readable, so you know where you stand before you reach out.

01 Acceptance of terms

By using this site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation, and that it is bound by them.

02 What this site is

Cadive is a GEO agency. GEO means generative engine optimization: we help brands show up as a top recommendation when people ask AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity for the best option. Cadive is an independent operation run by Leo Falcon and works with clients remotely.

This site exists to present what we do and to give you a way to get in touch. It is informational. We may update, change, or remove parts of it at any time as our work evolves.

03 Intellectual property

The content of this site, along with the Cadive name and marks, belongs to Cadive. You may view and read the site, but you may not copy, reuse, or present our content or branding as your own without permission.

Ownership of any work we produce for a client is a separate matter, governed by a written agreement made per project. Nothing on this site transfers rights to client deliverables. Those rights are settled only in that written agreement.

04 Acceptable use

You agree to use the site in good faith. In particular, you will not:

We may block or restrict anyone who abuses the site, without notice, to protect it and other visitors.

05 The contact form

When you send us an enquiry through the contact form, you are starting a conversation, not entering into a contract. An enquiry on its own creates no obligation on either side.

A project only begins once both sides sign a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timeline, and ownership. Until that agreement is signed, anything discussed by email or otherwise is preliminary and non-binding.

06 Third-party links

The site may link to other places, such as social profiles or external resources. Those sites are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their content, their practices, or their availability.

Following any external link is at your own discretion. We suggest reading the terms and privacy policy of any site you visit from here.

07 No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do our best to keep the site running and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.

08 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cadive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

09 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top.

If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the updated terms. The current version is always the one published here.

10 Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Cadive operates, and any dispute relating to them or to the site is subject to the competent courts there.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence. Those rights still apply where the law gives them to you.

11 Contact

If you have a question about these terms, the best thing to do is get in touch.

For transparency

These terms are a clear, general template we publish so you know how the site may be used. They are written to be honest and readable, and they are not legal advice. If you need a formal opinion for your own situation or jurisdiction, speak to a qualified professional.
