Cadive is founded and run by Leo Falcon, a solo operator based in Uruguay. He runs Cadive as a GEO agency with AI wired into every stage of the work, from audit to placement to measurement. The result is a studio that takes selected projects and ships at a pace conventional agencies do not.
The approach is deliberate. Generative engines reward sources that are clear, consistent, and machine-readable, so the work is precise by nature. Leo builds GEO tooling in the open and uses it on every engagement, which keeps the method honest and the output reproducible.
How we work
The method is four stages, run in order and revisited as the models change.
- Audit. Establish how ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity currently describe and recommend the brand, and identify the sources those models draw from.
- Build. Produce the content, citations, and structured signals the models retrieve and treat as trustworthy, anchored on a clean, machine-readable site.
- Place. Position the brand in the third-party sources the engines actually read, so its name enters the synthesized answer.
- Track. Monitor AI visibility across models, measure citation and recommendation rate, and refine as the systems evolve.
Proof of capability

It is the same tooling used on client work, which means the audit a brand receives is reproducible and the scoreboard is transparent. Building the instruments in public is the most direct way to demonstrate that the discipline is real and that the measurements hold up.
